The Recipient List View allows users to manipulate contact data. Mouse over the buttons at the bottom of the panel to view a brief description of what each one does.

To import address from files click the file extraction button, (bottom of the panel, second from the right).Using the presented dialog box, navigate to the file you would like to parse. To continue to append raw email addresses to your newly formed list, repeat this process. The entire contents of a directory can also be parsed using the directory extraction button (bottom of the panel, third from the right)

Once you have some addresses loaded, you'll notice a status column that provides feedback with regards to each individual recipient address. Each recipient entry is given an index number and a color indicator. If an email from the current mailing campaign has been delivered to the recipient, the index number will appear grey out. Using JPEE it is also possible to determine the validity of an email address. (See the email address verification tutorial). An untested email address will appear with a white color status indicator, where a verified address will appear with a green indicator and an invalid address with a red indicator. An email that was tested but could not be determined will have a yellow color.
