Once the Create/Edit Conditional Tag view presents itself, you'll need to indicate a conditional tag Name parameter and at least one Rule. Generally fields that are required in JPEE are denoted with a red asterisk ( * ).
In this case we appropriately name the new tag ' GenderMod ' (for gender modification) and select the ' New ' push-buttton to create a rule.
Using the components grouped below the Rules list, edit the rule to look like the first entry in the screenshot above (ie. ' IF ... Gender EQUALS M Then ... Mr ' ) . Do this for the two subsequent rules as well.
***NOTE: In the text entry field following the ' Then ...' condition, it is possible to use either random text as in ' To whom it may concern ' as well as custom tags. Users can also incorporate conditional tags previously creating using this same interface hence allowing the use of nested conditional statements. This will be used in the next step.
Click the Ok push-button to save and close the view.
